Cellu|Claire.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
Return Guidelines
- Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been used or damaged in any way will be returned to customer.
- All body creams ARE FINAL.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email support@celluclaire.com within 48hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
- All items are returned to Cellu|Claire at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
- A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Cellu|Claire. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
- Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
